ATOP QUALITY CO., LTD.. was established in 1995, primarily focused on researching and improving tire repair technology. Due to the limited availability of repair patches in Taiwan, which were dependent on imported products, tire repair techniques were limited to the specifications introduced by importers, unable to meet the demands of high-speed road surfaces.
After four years of research and development, the company officially applied for factory registration with the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs in 1999, with the main registered item being the production of tire patches.
Currently, our company is the only factory in Taiwan that produces steel wire and nylon tire patches. Recognizing changes in the world market, European and American countries have continuously invested in the production of new-style patches in Southeast Asia, such as Thailand, Indonesia, India, and other areas, in response to the arrival of high-speed road surfaces.
Therefore, the company continuously designs and develops new structural improvements to enhance product performance. In 2003, the company officially applied for a patent for the improved patch structure and has passed this patent application. The patent number is (New Type Second 16313). In late 2003, the company also applied for a patent for a patch curing device with a different method than the airbag curing method used by foreign countries, which is costly with low production rates. This patent (New Type M250803) can increase production volume and reduce costs.
After ten years of research and development, the company produced tire mounting creams for special use in tire mounting and dismounting, which have been sold to domestic and Southeast Asian markets. Thanks to the recognition of "MAXXIS CO., LTD.", our 1kg and 4kg mounting cream products have been designated as promotional products. This product makes it easier to mount and dismount tires of different sizes, protects tire beads, reduces rusting of the rim, enhances airtightness, and improves positioning accuracy.
Our company is certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) as an ISO-certified company. Our patches have passed high-pressure burst testing, and we are grateful to "YU SAN Tire CO., LTD." for using our full range of patches. Several domestic retreading plants also use our patches.
